Current focus
We are turning the tenra projects from separate prototypes into desktop-first products that can interoperate through explicit local handoffs. The current priority is tenra Registry, an operating system for portable storage-container rentals: customers, units, rental agreements, payments, rent runs, statements, document generation, PDF export, and import-ready migration paths from existing records, balances, and payment history.

The products that define tenra Core first: rental operations, opportunity research, structured reasoning, automation boundaries, and output control.
Registry is a rental-operations system for portable storage-container rentals. It manages customers, units, rentals, receivables, rent runs, statements, import readiness, payment-history migration, documents, PDF export, document status/history, and office workflows.
Role: Rental operations source of truth for who owes what and what has been paid.
Surface: Desktop-first business operations app.
Scout is a market scanner and opportunity research app. It runs searches, collects evidence, produces diagnostics, summarizes businesses and markets, and prepares outreach material without actually sending outreach.

Derive is a structured reasoning and technical answer system. It turns messy questions into answer cards with assumptions, context, confidence, sources, and traceable reasoning.

Guardrail is a local-first control layer for AI agents. It defines what tools, files, network calls, and actions an agent is allowed to use.

Proxy is a local-first AI output shaping layer. It rewrites upstream model responses into a selected voice or profile and enforces constraints before output reaches the user.

Align is an operations app for managing public business location state across clients and businesses. It tracks connected accounts, profile quality, reviews, sync issues, and performance signals.

Ledger is a local-first bookkeeping app built around one local book folder with a local database, attachments, exports, and metadata.

Sentinel is an explainable signal aggregation engine. It takes fragmented evidence and turns it into confidence-weighted assessments, currently scaffolded around suspicious phone-number lookup.

Partition planning
Serious partition-planning work that belongs near tenra, but stays outside tenra Core because of its narrow and higher-risk domain.
Partition is a safe visual partition-planning product. Its current desktop app, Partition Studio, models partition resize and move plans, simulations, refusal checks, and exports without writing to real disks.

Creator operations
One suite with three connected parts: studio controls recording and streaming, console runs chat operations, and pulse reviews recordings for likely highlights.
vaexcore studio is a desktop-first control layer for recording, streaming, and local integrations. It manages destinations, recording profiles, markers, local APIs, sidecars, command audit logs, and stream or recording lifecycle events.
Role: Creator operations control layer for recording and streaming workflows.

vaexcore console is a streaming chat operations bot and local operator console. It handles chat commands, giveaways, timers, moderation gates, setup checks, live readiness, audit logs, and controlled stream-night operations.

vaexcore pulse is a local-first highlight scouting app for long recordings. It analyzes stream recordings, surfaces likely review moments, suggests clip boundaries, and sends kept moments back into the vaexcore workflow.

A local/community coordination product that should stand apart from tenra's internal business and AI tooling.
Vicina is a hyperlocal coordination app for what is happening nearby. It is intentionally not a normal social feed: no follower mechanics, popularity loops, or infinite-scroll engagement design.
Role: Local signal board for nearby events, needs, and community activity.
Surface: Local coordination app.
Tenra primarily builds its own software products and internal systems. It also takes on a small number of aligned engagements when the work clearly fits this environment.
