Tenra wordmarkInfrastructure

Services

Exactly two build types.

Tenra ships owned, static-first systems for independent owner-operators who need a new site without platform lock-in. We scope once, deliver the repo and docs, then exit cleanly. No managed platforms, no growth tooling, no hidden retainers.

See live work in case studies or request a proof pack.

Category A · Static presence

Fixed scope

Fast, calm single-owner sites meant to live for years without intervention. Identity, services, intake, and outbound links stay under your domain, not a platform.

  • Service + bio blocks
  • Contact intake routed to your inbox
  • Exportable content + asset pack

Category B · Lightweight managed content

Fixed scope

Simple text or image updates with a minimal dashboard if absolutely required. No automation chains, role hierarchies, or business logic—just content swaps you can self-maintain.

  • Minimal CMS (if justified)
  • Change log + runbook
  • Plain-language deployment steps

Guardrails (non-negotiable)

  • We do not host, manage servers, or run payments/subscriptions.
  • No analytics suites, funnels, or ongoing optimization tooling.
  • No retainers or implied support contracts post-handoff.
  • If a feature needs Tenra on call, it is out of scope.

Advice packets replace ongoing management

Every build ships with plain-language advice packets so you can operate without Tenra on call. They are static resources, included by default, and written for non-technical owners. They explain what to do, what not to touch, and when to escalate, not theory or growth strategy.

Baseline packets

  • How to maintain your site
  • How to keep your setup correct
  • What to do if something breaks
  • How to leave the setup intact or hand it off later

Situational packets

  • Google Business Profile upkeep
  • Media + video embedding without hosting
  • Using social platforms without dependence
  • When and how to outgrow this stack

Advice packets are included whether or not you purchase optional maintenance. They are downloadable, not hidden behind logins, and they exist so Tenra can hand off and exit cleanly.

Need something nearby?

Send a concise scope. If it stays within static presence or lightweight content systems, we'll issue a statement of work. Otherwise we recommend a partner better suited to ongoing operations.

Industries served

Tenra works across sectors as long as the scope is clear and ownership remains with the client. Typical builds include:

  • Owner-operators
  • Influencers + creators
  • Models + talent
  • Small businesses

Build-and-handoff FAQ

What does build-and-handoff mean at Tenra?

We design and ship the system, document it, transfer credentials and repos, then exit. Ongoing management is optional, never required.

Do you host or manage sites after launch?

No. Hosting, domains, and credentials stay in the client's custody. We can advise, but ownership and operation remain with you.

Can you work with a CMS?

Only when justified. If content updates require a dashboard, we use the smallest viable setup and document how to operate it.

What if we need help later?

You can request optional maintenance or support. The system is delivered to be operable without Tenra on call.
